Idea to launched product in 4–6 weeks.
Design and engineering in one head — no handoffs, no telephone game, no twelve-week "quick MVP".
Founders with an idea that needs building and no technical team yet — and teams who need a product-shaped thing in front of real users before the next raise or the next board meeting.
- Scoping down to one user, one problem, one flow — everything else is v2
- Design and build in one pass: interface, frontend, backend, database, deploy
- AI built in from day one where it earns its place, not bolted on afterwards
- Weekly shipping to a real URL you can put in front of users
- Analytics on the one number that matters
- Your code, your repo, your accounts — no lock-in, and a second developer can pick it up
- 01
Week 0
Scoping call and a written plan: what ships, what explicitly does not.
- 02
Weeks 1–4
Build, with a working deploy at the end of every week.
- 03
Weeks 5–6
Polish, real-user testing, launch.

- VenuePlace
Venue-booking marketplace for Estonia — planners compare real prices, capacities and photos and book directly from the host, with Stripe payments and calendar sync. Built solo from an AI-generated prototype: first live venues about two months after the Next.js rebuild (January 2026), with LLM translation and a tool-calling AI assistant shipped within the first eight months. Live at venueplace.com.
- SideQuest Bingo
Photo-bingo game for friend groups and events — claim challenge squares with photo proof, see friends' photos only after posting your own, unlock the album when the board ends. Built solo, with AI coding agents doing much of the implementation: first commit to App Store in about ten weeks, covering the game model, a Next.js web app and PWA, a native iOS app, a video pipeline, an admin console and a marketing site. Live at sidequest.bingo.
- Ewyn
AI email platform — generate on-brand transactional and marketing templates from a prompt and send them through the provider a team already uses. AI was the core of the very first spec: a brand-kit extractor that reads a company's website, a generator that streams a branded template into the editor, and a chat-to-edit loop. Built end to end, with early input from one collaborator, from first commit to public site in about ten weeks. Live at ewyn.ai.
