SUPERFLUID FINANCE
Money-streaming protocol — payments by the second, every second. Over three years I built the dashboard where users manage their streams and distributions, a developer console and explorer, an accounting API, the marketing site and a string of concept apps, and led the team behind AlfaFrens.

Superfluid streams money by the second, but a protocol is only as usable as the apps on top of it. Users needed one place to open, watch and cancel streams and distributions across a growing list of chains, and developers needed to see what the protocol was actually doing under the hood.
- The Superfluid dashboard — the web app where users manage money streams and distributions on every supported network: open and cancel streams, wrap and unwrap Super Tokens, and watch balances tick in real time.
- A developer console and explorer for inspecting protocol state — streams, indexes, accounts and events — plus an API that computes accounting data from on-chain stream history.
- The marketing site: a lightweight, fast Next.js site with custom animations built with motion, lottie and CSS.
- Led the team that built a new internal startup on the protocol, AlfaFrens — a PWA for creator chats paid with money streams that went viral and has its own case study.
- Multiple example and concept apps on the protocol, including NFT projects, and a hand in the SUP claim app that distributes the governance token as streams rather than a one-off airdrop.
Three years on the protocol as it grew from a streaming-money experiment into the rails for payroll, vesting, grants, DeFi and social apps. Superfluid now reports over $1.7 billion streamed to 1.3 million recipients, and AlfaFrens alone brought 38,000 new wallets into the ecosystem.
